THE TAMING OF THE SHREW

Heartland Actors’ Shakespeare on the Canal at White River State Park kept audiences on the edge of their seats in 2013 with The Taming of the Shrew. The show starred Lisa Ermel and company member Ryan Artzberger as feuding lovebirds Kate and Petruchio. Directed by Michael Shelton, the rest of the cast included company members Scot Greenwell and Ben Tebbe, as well as Lauren Briggeman, Bridgette Richards, Brian Noffke, Tyler Ostrander, Chris Hatch, Eddie Curry, Mark Goetzinger, Adam Crowe and Zachariah Stonerock. Artistic Director Diane Timmerman and the unsurpassed design team, including Jeffery Martin, Kathleen “Kegan” Egan, Laura Glover, Emily Jones and Todd Reischman, made this show the visually pleasing and upbeat experience that audiences enjoyed.
