1. Stage management (2): function as Assistant Stage Managers (Production Assistants) to Equity Stage Manager. Commitment includes 5-week rehearsal and production process including load-in, strike all set-ups, rehearsals performances with some preliminary work the week before rehearsals begin. SM interns will also provide support to the understudy rehearsals.

2. Costume and Wardrobe (2): assist designer in all aspects of costume construction; work as wardrobe crew during tech week and performances.

3. Sets (1): assist set designer and technical director in the construction of the set. Commitment: dependent upon the design, but primary commitment would be in July. Production Weeks (including load-in/strike) included.

4. Lights (1): Primary commitment is Production Week in the park including load-in, strike, all set-ups, rehearsals, performances, and running light board

5. Sound (1): Primary commitment is Production Week including load-in, strike, all set-ups, rehearsals, performances.

6. Marketing/Front of House (1): Duties include promotional efforts for the production including web- based advertising, poster/postcard distribution throughout Indianapolis, etc. Assist with all aspects of representing Indy Shakes in the park leading up to and during production weeks. Opportunity to work on longer term strategic development.
