Coming soon to a park near you!

We're pleased to introduce this outreach arm of our organization. Six roaming actors will present this parable of tainted information, the murder it inspires, and what comes next. Witness what spurs a soul to that first fatal act; and how it will rationalize compounding the deed.

This is a great first exposure to Shakespeare on stage with action to punctuate the dialogue and familiar quotes heard in context. The production will be followed by a question and answer time with the Troupe.

This masterpiece raises important questions about what we let sway our thoughts as we make critical decisions that will affect the rest of our lives.

Directed by Indianapolis Shakespeare Company's own Robert Neal

Coriolanus is an intriguing political thriller for times past, present, and future.  Set in Ancient Rome and written in the early 1600s, the play has readily reflected the contemporary political climate of each of its professional productions.  And it will do so once again for Indianapolis audiences in summer 2018.

Shakespeare’s unerring instinct to tap into what matters to us, what we value, and what we are willing to fight for, shines brightly in Coriolanus.  But Shakespeare does not take sides─he asks us to decide which causes call our name, and who and what we want our leaders to be.

Thanks to our supporters, this event is free and open to the general public!

VIP Seating tickets will be available for purchase soon, starting at $25.
